An established practice will quickly accumulate the array of reference books and other material needed by partners and legal staff in their daily work. The Library Module allows you to efficiently track and locate these valuable assets, available through the main CourtBook interface or linked from your company Intranet. When borrowing a book, simply select your name from the pull down list. Anybody else who needs it will know where to find it.
The Library Module also supports the full search and reporting capabilities of the main CourtBook system; it can be rapidly customized to suit the precise needs of your practice.
Client Care Module
Even in the best run practice disputes will occasionally arise with clients, and nothing exacerbates the situation as much as a client who feels they are being ignored.
The Client Care Module prevents this. It is based on the best practice techniques developed over the last twenty years by the software industry. It allows disputes to be recorded, assigned to an individual, tracked, and resolved. The information is then available for historical review. The practice that learns from client disputes is the practice that grows.
